The working principle of the tempering furnace is to put the produced flat glass into the equipment and heat it at a high temperature of 680-- 730 degrees for 100-- 150s, and then force it to cool for 10s through the cooling section according to the thickness of the glass. So you have tempered glass.
Now the steel furnace manufacturers are mainly distributed in Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan and other places. As glass specifications become more stringent and new regulations especially concerning wave deformation are implemented, the interaction between glass and roller table is of increasing concern.
There are several possibilities that can cause wavy deformation:
1. The glass becomes soft over heat and sags between the rolls;
2. The uneven surface of the roller in the furnace causes the deformation of the glass in the furnace;
3, the relationship between the glass heating temperature and the distance between the roller;
4, roller eccentricity, etc. The eccentricity of the roller may be caused by the lack of precision of the ceramic roller head, the loosening of the head in the production process, or the excessive thermal state runout caused by the quality of the ceramic.
