Talk about the daily inspection and maintenance items of glass tempering furnace

In the production process of glass tempering furnace, due to the error of control system, tempering furnace and tempered products may have serious accidents. Therefore, whether it is forced convection tempering furnace, or flat bending tempering furnace, daily maintenance is necessary to avoid affecting the service life of the tempering furnace!

Routine check and maintenance items

1. Check whether there are sundries and dust on the operation box, operation table and electric control cabinet of the tempering furnace, and clean them up;

2. Check whether the door of each electric control cabinet of the tempering furnace is closed reliably;

3. Check whether the buttons and switches on each operating cabinet, station and screen door are in good condition and whether the installation is reliable;

4. Check whether the indicating instrument on the screen door of each operation cabinet and operation desk is in good condition and the indicating is normal;

5. Check whether the indicator lights (including alarm bells) on the screen door of each operating cabinet and console are in good condition and whether the indicator is normal;

6. Check and test whether the foot switch of the glass tempering furnace is flexible and reliable;

7. Check and test whether the emergency stop button function is reliable;

8. Check and test whether all photoelectric switches and encoders of glass tempering furnace are loose or misplaced, and whether the working signal is normal;

9. Check whether the ventilation and heat dissipation fan in the control cabinet works normally.

Check maintenance items weekly

1. Scrub the surface of the photoelectric switch with lens paper once a week;

2. Check whether the control wiring (including the ground wire) in the cabinet is loose, falling off or short circuit and other abnormal phenomena;

3. Check whether there is loosening, adhesion or heating phenomenon in the heating wire connection of glass toughening furnace;

4. Check whether the operation of each relay is sensitive, whether there is abnormal sound, and whether the contact is reliable on and off;

5. Check whether the master switch is flexible and reliable;

6. Check and test whether the solenoid valve of the glass tempering furnace is sensitive and reliable, and there is no heating phenomenon;

7, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust in the electrical cabinets and boxes;

8. Check whether the fan in the converter of the tempering furnace works normally and clear the dust of the air inlet.

Check maintenance items monthly

1. Check whether the wiring of the control transformer is loose or falling off, and whether the winding has abnormal heating phenomenon;

2. Check whether the current transformer is fixed reliably and whether the wiring is loose;

3. Check whether all the protective grounding wires in the cabinet are connected reliably;

4. Check whether the protective grounding wire of each motor is connected reliably;

5. Check whether the protective grounding wire between each section of the equipment is loose.

Check maintenance items quarterly

1. Check and test the on-off characteristics of the solid-state relay in the control cabinet of the tempering furnace, and replace it as necessary;

2. Check whether the operation characteristics of each thermal protection relay are normal, and replace them as required;

3. Measure and record the static resistance value of each heating unit, test and record the heating current, and check whether it is within the normal range;

4, thermocouple test and check, according to the situation replacement;

5. Test all mechanical and inductive limit switches on site and replace them as required.

Check maintenance items annually

1. Test the protection grounding resistance of tempered equipment, and reset the grounding connection if necessary.
